Mr. Price is a mechanical engineer with over thirty-five (35) years of technical and engineering work experience. His knowledge and work experience expands in to many fields that include Project Engineer, Commissioning and Construction Engineer, Shipboard Marine Engineer, Boiler Inspector, Loss Prevention Consultant, Welding Inspector, Steamfitter, Electrician and HVAC Technician. He has worked for engineering firms, controls companies, boiler and machinery insurance firms, welding inspection firms and various union trade shops. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in six (6) states

Chemical Water Treatment Specialist

​Overview of Credentials:
Mr. Psenicska  is a chemical water treatment specialist that provides guidance to our customers.  He provides input and reviews all prospective and current clients Boiler and Chiller Water Treatment Programs. We understand the major implications chemical treatment programs can have on plant operations and take preemptive measures before adverse reactions can affect our client's equipment. Steve has 30 years of progressive experience providing water treatment programs for boiler, cooling, and wastewater treatment plants, including high purity reverse osmosis, condensate polishing, and demineralization systems to name just a few. Clients include steel mills, pharmaceutical, power, sugar, and government facilities.

Ms. Price brings to the TER table her experience as an education director for trade schools in Western Pennsylvania overseeing HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, CADAM and Welding programs. Other skills include 20+ years’ experience building business through competently influencing and effectively managing people, strong collaboration and team building knowledge, effective communication and presentation skills, finance, and operations, and excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities.

She contributes to positive business results through effective organization, prioritization, and follow-through of key organizational projects.

​Mr. Ensor is a senior advisor with 15 years of experience in project management and contract management. His knowledge and work experience includes quality assurance, operational facility systems, and staffing of personnel.  Being a military veteran himself and someone who served in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), one of his main priorities is the hiring and placement of key military veterans within the organization.  He has experience working with multiple government agencies (ICE, EPA, FBI, etc.) and collaborating on projects and contract management.

Facility Support Manager​

Mr. Maholchic has 16 years of progressive experience providing Customer support to clients. His primary function is to provide Sub-Contract support for each Project and to insure that these Contracts meet our strict standards for exceptional knowledge and service. As a secondary function he is in direct contact with numerous boiler and machinery vendors that buy at auction and sell new and relatively new boilers, chillers, and mechanical-electrical support equipment. We actively engage this service when requested. This is especially attractive to facilities with limited budgets. Purchasing power is often increased two-fold.
